Intellectual Property Rights

Currencies
Products are offered in American Dollars (U$D) and, as required by law, invoiced as per the state of Oregon regulations.
Payment Methods
The Awaken Path accepts payments by e-commerce platform e-Junkie with Credit Card, bank transfers and also via PayPal. In all cases, after the payment was successful, you will receive an email with your purchase and related information.
PayPal: utilizing PayPal’s secure web service platform you will benefit from highest standards of safety and security for online purchases. Through the use of advanced technologies, PayPal is constantly working to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information. Transactions are 100% encrypted and secure in PayPal’s web server. This method requires the user to be registered with PayPal.
Credit Card: customer can pay utilizing their credit cards by clicking on the button present in their invoices. Invoices are created utilizing ThriveCart Secure checkout baskets.
Promotions and Coupons
Coupons are valid excluding on-going promotions. In the case in which a coupon is used during an on-going promotion, The Awaken Path will take into consideration the highest discount between the coupon and the current promotion.
Refunds
Customer has no right to refunds. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event or coaching program. All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Registration and Cancellation of registration
To access certain features of the Site, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information including your gender, year of birth, zip code and country. You will always be asked to consent before giving such information and explained in clear and intelligible manner the purpose thereof. In addition, if you elect to sign-up for a particular feature of the Site, such as chat rooms, web logs, or bulletin boards, you may also be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You will also consent to it beforehand, and we shall keep your data as long as you use the above features. We shall erase your personal data from our system within 48 hours upon your written request to ClientCare@TheAwakenPath.com . You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
Substitution
Sales are nominal, only the person registered for the product delivery can make use of the purchase.
Cancellation
The Awaken Path reserves the right to cancel an event, retreat, coaching program or product due unforeseen circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If The Awaken Path cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Delivery policy
Upon receipt of payment, participants will receive an automatic reply email with instructions on how to access the purchase.
Waiver
When participating in a program/talk/event that The Awaken Path, (hereinafter “TAP”) may audiotape, videotape, or photograph or record by means of any device for the purpose of training and instructional products, which may be used for internal purposes, such as training, or sold to the public (“Works”). Customer understands that if they volunteer to ask a question, participate on stage or receive any feedback, their voice, spoken word, photograph picture, rendering, silhouette or other reproduction by photography, video, film, tape, digital recording or otherwise (hereby referred to as “My Likeness and Voice” likeness and voice may be recorded. Customer further understands that even if they do not volunteer to ask a question, participate on stage or receive any feedback, “My Likeness and Voice” may be recorded.
Customer, irrevocably grants The Awaken Path, its subsidiaries, affiliates, nominees, licensees, their successors and assigns, and those acting with its authority (collectively referred to as “TAP”) the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty free right to the following use of only “My Likeness and Voice”, with respect to the recording taken of customer by or on behalf of TAP the unrestricted, worldwide right to:
(a) The right to use “My Likeness and Voice” in connection with the Works, and all rights of every nature whatsoever in connection with use of “My Likeness and Voice” in the Works, including without limitation all copyrights therein and renewals and extensions thereof, and the exclusive right to reproduce, exhibit, distribute, and otherwise exploit my Likeness in the Works, in whole or in part, in perpetuity throughout the world in any all media, including, but not limited to print, video, film, tape digital recording, Internet, whether now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation in, and in connection with, the marketing, publicity and promotion TAP. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, TAP, may exploit such rights by broadcasting the Works or any part thereof, and may use any and all rights granted to TAP herein for any and all commercial, merchandising, promotional and advertising purposes. In this respect, I agree that TAP, may edit, alter, reproduce or otherwise change the Works for any such purpose. Customer acknowledges that customer shall have no ownership, authorship or moral rights in the Works or any part thereof. Customer acknowledges that Customer shall have no right to prevent any such use, and shall have no right of approval or prior approval for any form of the “My Likeness and Voice” used pursuant to the license granted herein. Reproduce, copy, modify, create derivatives in whole or in part, or otherwise use the audio segments, in any media or embodiment, now known or hereafter to become known, including, but not limited to, all formats of computer readable electronic magnetic, digital, laser or optical-based media (the “Works”), and
(b) Use and permit to be used “My Likeness and Voice” in video and audio, whether in original or modified form, in connection with the Works only insofar as the Works are for training or educational products related to the informational and instructional purposes of the program, and
(c) Display, perform, exhibit, distribute, transmit or broadcast the Works by any means now known or hereafter to become known.
Customer therefore, waives all rights and release TAP from any and all claims, demands, actions or cause of action of any kind, nature or description, which Customer, or any of Customer’s successors or assigns, may now, or at any time, have or claim to have any reason of, arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with the filming, taping, recording, broadcasting, distribution, exhibition, advertising, dissemination or other exploitation of “My Likeness and Voice”. Customer, hereby waives all rights and release TAP from, and shall neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any such parties for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the Works.
This release, under the voice “Waiver” shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, TAP’s respective successors, licensees, assigns, heirs and personal representatives. TAP shall not be obligated to utilize any of the rights granted hereunder or utilize “My Likeness and Voice” within the Works, it being understood that TAP will have complete artistic and creative freedom and discretion. All determinations made by TAP, in this regard shall be final.

Prevailing language
Wherever there might be an incongruence within the different languages for the Cancellation Policy as published on this website by The Awaken Path, the prevailing language to be considered is the English Language.
The Awaken Path declines each and every responsibility for the content and arguments published to promote all events; and declines each and every responsibility, direct and indirect, regarding all aspects of the arguments and contents presented and discussed by the presenters, as published and during the events organized.
These above policies apply to all The Awaken Path events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
