Forget Everything And Run

or

Face Everything And Rise

The word itself has embedded its own meaning!

FEAR is related to our “root” chakra.

For those of you not familiar with the terminology, a “chakra” is a wheel, in Sanskrit, and it refers to energy wheels that we all have in our bodies, 114 in total. However, the term is normally used to refer to the biggest seven of them, central to our torso, in alignment with our spinal cord.

The root chakra also known as the first chakra, is located at our coccyx, commonly known as tailbone, and it relates to survival issues, instinctual issues, and grounding. The color of this chakra is red, red alert, red as in aliveness.

When fear is present our root chakra is active, affecting the sphincter in our anus, and releasing adrenaline into our blood.

Here is the trick…this adrenaline has the function of putting us in alert mode, enhancing our senses, making our eyesight more acute, ensuring that we are ready for fight or flight mode.

Which brings me to the point I want to share… when fear is present in our lives, how about becoming aware of all of this, and putting our enhanced senses to good use, our intuition in alignment with our desires and the adrenaline to propel us in the direction of building a positive outcome?

What if next time that we feel the grip of fear, we make ourselves aware of the mechanism that is being activated and by being fully present while it is happening modifying our thoughts, controlling our minds, and moving towards a new creative outcome?

Let me know about you! I want to be by your side and support you!
