Where are you in your life and spiritual journey right now? What feels most important for Shakti to understand about you?*
What is happening in your life that has led you to explore Soul Embodiment Journey now?*
If you could create a profound transformation in your life over the next six months, what would be different? What would you be experiencing, living or expressing that you are not today?*
What do you believe is standing between where you are now and where you want to be?*
What have you already done to create this transformation? What has helped, and where do you continue to find yourself stuck or repeating the same patterns?*
How connected do you currently feel to your own inner guidance, soul and sense of purpose?*
On a scale 1 = Very disconnected to 10 = Deeply connected
What spiritual gifts, intuitive abilities or deeper ways of knowing are already present in your life, even if you do not yet fully trust or express them?*
Where do you know you are being asked to grow, change, heal or become someone different in order to create the life you desire?*
Why now? What makes this transformation important enough that you are no longer willing to postpone it?*
Why do you feel drawn to working with Shakti specifically?*
Soul Embodiment Journey requires your active participation. Transformation may ask you to be vulnerable, examine patterns and beliefs honestly, practice new ways of being, make different choices and take aligned action in your life. Are you willing to fully participate in that process?*
- Yes, I am ready.
- I have questions about what this requires.
- No, I am not ready at this time.
Soul Embodiment Journey is a significant private mentorship. If Shakti believes she can support the transformation you are seeking and you both feel aligned to work together, are you prepared to make a substantial financial investment in yourself and this journey?*
Is there anything else you would like me to know?*
I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Soul Embodiment Journey. If Shakti believes there may be alignment, I may be personally invited to a complimentary Soul Activation Session to explore the possibility of working together. By submitting this application, I also authorize Shakti Bottazzi and The Awaken Path to contact me by email regarding my application, the Soul Activation Session, and the Soul Embodiment Journey.*
- I Understand
