Terms and Conditions

 

The following contract details the agreements between The Awaken Path (Valerie Bottazzi) and you, ‘Client” with respect to the 11.11 THE NEXT FRONTIER  Retreat.  Please read this document carefully as the deposit and payment for your participation constitutes consent to all conditions and provisions included.

Core Retreat Dates: November 9–13, 2026
VIP Immersion Extension: November 14, 2026
Mount Shasta, California

Retreat Dates & Schedule

Arrival
Participants are expected to arrive on November 9, 2026.
Check-in and registration begin at 4:00 PM.

Core Retreat Conclusion
The core retreat concludes on November 13, 2026.
All non-VIP participants must vacate the retreat property by 10:00 AM.

VIP Immersion Extension
For participants enrolled in the VIP Immersion, the retreat continues through Saturday, November 14, 2026.
VIP sacred site visits take place on November 14, with return to the retreat location between approximately 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on weather, access, safety conditions, and group flow.

Retreat Structure, Tuition, and Pricing

This retreat consists of the following elements:

  1. Core Retreat Tuition (required for all participants)

  2. On-Site Retreat Experience Fee (varies based on room/bed selection)

  3. Optional VIP Immersion Tuition

Core Retreat Tuition (Required)

The core retreat tuition is $1,111 and applies to all participants, regardless of room or bed selection.

Core retreat tuition includes:

  • All group transmissions, teachings, and facilitated sessions led by Shakti Bottazzi

  • Opening and closing ceremonial containers

  • Group sacred site visits at Mount Shasta, as scheduled and subject to weather, access, and safety conditions

  • Retreat materials and shared supplies

  • Energetic welcome gifts provided to retreat participants

On-Site Retreat Experience Fee (Required, varies based on room/bed selection)

The remaining portion of the total retreat price reflects the on-site retreat experience, which includes:

  • Lodging in a private villa, based on the participant’s selected room or bed

  • Curated meals prepared by a private chef during the retreat

  • Use of the retreat venue and all shared spaces

  • Guided group sacred site visits at Mount Shasta

  • On-site retreat operations, coordination, and logistical support

  • Retreat-related materials and supplies

Total prices displayed on the sales and checkout pages reflect the combined cost of the core retreat tuition and the on-site retreat experience fee, for clarity and transparency.

VIP Immersion (Optional)

The VIP Immersion tuition is $1,111 and is optional.

The VIP Immersion includes:

  • An extended facilitated container of approximately one and one-half (1.5) additional days

  • Personalized one-on-one work with Shakti Bottazzi addressing themes, processes, or clarity arising during the retreat

  • A mutually agreed focus or intention for the VIP container

  • VIP-only sacred site visits at Mount Shasta, subject to weather, access, and safety conditions

  • Participation in a small, intimate VIP circle

  • Continued energetic holding throughout the extended VIP container

The VIP Immersion is experiential and integrative in nature and is not limited to a specific number of coaching hours.

Items Not Included

Unless explicitly stated as included, the following are not included:

  • Domestic or international airfare

  • Transportation to and from the retreat location

  • Airport transfers

  • Travel, medical, evacuation, or trip-cancellation insurance

  • Optional activities not specifically listed as included

  • Personal expenses, gratuities, or incidentals

  • Passport or visa fees

  • Any items or services not expressly listed as included

Payment Terms

Payment may be made in full or via installments as outlined at checkout.

Payment of any portion of the retreat fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are valid for this specific retreat only.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing.
The effective cancellation date is the date written notice is received. Verbal requests will not be honored.

Refunds are issued as follows:

  • On or before July 6, 2026:
    100% of payments refunded, minus banking and administrative fees

  • July 7, 2026 – August 6, 2026:
    50% of payments refunded, minus banking and administrative fees

  • On or after August 7, 2026:
    No refunds will be issued. All sales are final after this date.

No refunds will be made after the commencement of the retreat, including for early departure, voluntary absence, or unused services.

Failure to attend due to illness, travel delays, personal circumstances, or government advisories will be deemed a cancellation.

Please allow up to four (4) weeks for refund processing.

Transportation & Arrival

All domestic and international travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant.

Participants must arrive at the retreat property on November 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM for registration.

Health, Dietary Needs, and Allergies

Participants confirm they are in sufficient physical and emotional health to participate.

All participants must disclose in writing any medical conditions, physical limitations, food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements.

This information must be received no later than October 1, 2026.
Requests received after this date may not be accommodated.

Medical Costs and Insurance

Travel insurance, medical treatment, evacuation, and hospitalization costs are not included.

The Awaken Path is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from travel, accommodations, weather conditions, Acts of God, delays, or local regulations.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.

Cancellation by The Awaken Path

In the unlikely event that The Awaken Path cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, all retreat payments will be refunded in full. No additional liability is assumed.

Limits on Responsibility & Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly with fellow participants and retreat facilitators.

Participation requires signing a Limited Responsibility and Liability Waiver prior to the retreat.

Agreement

Payment of the retreat fee, in part or in full, constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
