Terms and Conditions Participant Agreement
The following contract details the agreements between The Awaken Path (Valerie Bottazzi) and you, ‘Client” with respect to the 999 Soul Completio Retreat. Please read this document carefully as the deposit and payment for your participation constitutes consent to all conditions and provisions included.
Retreat Costs and Inclusions
All retreat costs are based upon the specified services as per the “Inclusions” section. Retreat costs generally include accommodations; meals starting with Dinner on September 7th, 2025 and ending with Breakfast on September 10th, 2025 and accommodation taxes.
Quoted retreat prices include extensive planning and operational charges as well as transmissions and teachings, during the retreat by Shakti Bottazzi and are based on current rates and taxes as of the date of full payment. Prices are valid for this specific retreat only.
Items Not Included
Unless otherwise specified: national or international flights, private air charters, airport departure taxes, transportation to and from the airport to the villa, gratuities, laundry, visa fees for visas obtained on arrival, travel insurance, activities indicated as optional or not specified as included, items of a personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included, are not included.
Payment Terms
Regardless of your paying in full or in installments,
~ for a shared occupancy $1155 for meal and lodging and additionally the retreat tuition of $999
~ for single occupancy $1575 for meal and lodging and additionally the retreat tuition of $999
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing. Your cancellation date will be the date we receive your notice. No verbal refund requests will be honored. Refunds of final payment will be honored as follows:
If cancelled on or before June 6th, 2025, then 100% of the retreat cost net of banking and admin fees
If cancelled on or after June 7th, 2025 and on or before July 6th, 2025 then 50% of the retreat cost is refundable net of banking and admin fees
If cancelled on or after July 7th, 2025 there will be no refunds of any payments.
Cancellation penalties and fees imposed by our suppliers may be additional and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds, if any. No refunds will be made after the specified dates and explicitly after commencement of the retreat whether for early termination, voluntary absence from the retreat or for any unused services. Your decision not to travel due to State Department warnings, fear of travel, illness, or any other reason, will be deemed a cancellation. If a flight or other delay for any reason causes you to miss services, no refunds will be given. Please see our Limits on Responsibility elsewhere in these pages. Please allow eight weeks for administration of refunds.
Transportation
Domestic and International flight bookings are the responsibility of each participant as well as getting to the villa. Be sure to inform us of your flight number and arrival time in addition to estimated time of arrival to the villa. You are expected to be at the villa on September 7th, 2025 at 4 pm for registration.
Accommodations
Accommodation retreat prices are based on double occupancy rooms with shared bath facilities and shared rooms with shared bathroom as stated on all documentation and marketing materials.
Passports and Visas
All tour participants coming from abroad must be in possession of a passport valid for six months from their date of arrival in any foreign country, you will also need to have multiple consecutive blank visa pages within your passport (the number varies depending on the destination(s)). It is the sole responsibility of the retreat participant to secure a valid passport if coming from a country other than the United States of America, with sufficient blank pages for immigration and visa stamps.
Health and Physical Condition
Participants are understood to be in sufficient good health to participate in the retreat. We request that all participants notify us in writing as early as possible of any physical or health conditions or other special needs. We require all participants to fill out the form regarding any physical needs, food intolerances and any allergies to reach us no later than August 21st, 2025.
Medical Costs and Insurance
Travel insurance, medical evacuation and hospitalization costs are not included in the retreat price. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems during a tour or retreat and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a retreat), during, and after the retreat, unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or willful misconduct of The Awaken Path.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks.
The Awaken Path are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Cancellation by The Awaken Path
The Awaken Path will do its utmost to never cancel a retreat, but if for some unforeseen reason we were to ever cancel a retreat or tour, your payment will be refunded in full.
Limits on Responsibility
Retreat participants in the group are expected to hold each other in compassionate regard, and to interact with each other with respect. Limited Responsibility forms will be required prior to participation to the retreat.
Payment partially or in full constitutes consent to all provisions of this Agreement as set forth herein.
